This ancient joinery technique has many applications. The wedge gives the joint strength while preserving the ability to knock down large pieces to transport. This workshop is part of our Tree to Table series, with the wedged tusk tenon the joint of choice in the trestle table build.
In this workshop, participants will learn to plan, measure, mark, cut and assemble a wedged tusk tenon joint.
This is a one day workshop. The day will begin at 9:00 am and end at around 4:00 pm. The workshop will be held at Intersections Wood Collaborative at 299 10th Street E., Owen Sound.
