Refund policy

If Intersections cancels a workshop, participants will be offered the choice of waiting for the workshop to be rescheduled, transfer to another workshop of their choice, or full refund.

Workshop fees can be exchanged for store credit by request made 7 or more days prior to workshop start date. Unfortunately, due to transaction costs we are unable to provide a refund.

If a request is made less than less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours, please contact us as we may have a wait list. Alternately, you may assign your spot to someone else. If your place is filled, Intersections will exchange your workshop fees for store credit for future use. 

If less than 48 hours notice is given, refund or credit will be given only under extenuating circumstances. We try to balance flexibility for our participants with the needs of our volunteer managed, not for profit organization and ensure stability for our instructors. 

Materials fees are non-refundable.
